Our staff is an important part of the success of our organization.

Christopher Scuderi

Executive Director

Christopher, a co-founder of TEA, has numerous years of experience educating the public-at-large about transgender issues. He has been involved as a straight ally with various GLBT organizations that include HRC, Utah Pride, Inc., Stonewall Democrats and Don’t Amend Alliance. He facilitates UB4T, a social activity group for local Transmen. He has many years of corporate and industrial management experience, and

possesses a fine attention to detail and a tremendous passion for the cause.

Rebecca Ann Wilder

Education & Research Director

Rebecca has been with our organization since the beginning and is a co-founder of TEA. She also has been involved in other non-profit organizations in the Salt Lake City area focusing on women's issues and the transgender community. She enjoys debates, politics, and speaking to groups with an open mind.

Teinamarrie Nelson

Associate Director

Teinamarrie, a co-founder of TEA, is

an inspiration to our organization.

She has several years of experience

in the non-profit arena with various

organizations such as American Red

Cross, Utah AIDS Foundation, UCASA

and many others. She has been

involved in the GLBT community for

numerous years as a straight ally with organizations that include HRC,

Utah Pride, Inc., Stonewall Democrats and Don’t Amend Alliance, just to name a few.

She also served as the Chair of NAMES Project Utah.
